How soon can I schedule an appointment ?
Most appointments can be scheduled within 24 hours. Please call us at 800 581 1547
Do I supply the materials or does Handyman Experts Inc?
Most of our clients prefer to supply the materials, however if needed we can supply as the job requires.
Can I email a photo to you and get a ballpark of hours required ?
Its actually a great idea. Many of our clients will email us the photo and we will call them within 24 hours with an estimate of approximate costs.
How do you charge ?
Most of our smaller projects are billed on time and material basis. For larger projects we give lump sum total.
Do you do background checks on your employees ?
Yes, every one of our technician must pass a thorough criminal background check.
What kind of insurance do you carry ?
We carry a $1,000,000 general liability policy as well as worker comp coverage on each employee.
What kind of warranty do you offer ?
We offer a one year warranty on all the labor provided. If there are any materials involved, the original manufactures warranty on those materials will apply.
Can I schedule a half day or full day rate ?
Yes and it is recommended to prepare your TO DO list in advance and schedule a half or full day so you can maximize our hourly rates ?
